24 years old Swedish model, Natasha Crown is set to break guiness book record for largest butt implant ever. She is believed to have previously had three brazillian butt lift where fat was taken from other parts of her body and injected to the butt. 

Her butt measures 72 inches from the previous 70 inch backside.
